My name is Eloi Pujadas, and I’m a board game designer based in Barcelona.
I’ve been a lifelong board game enthusiast, but my journey into the world of “modern board games” began just a few years ago. In early 2016, Joaquim Vilalta encouraged me to join him in designing a board game. Initially, I was skeptical—I’d never imagined myself creating games. But Joaquim’s persistence paid off, and together we designed BIG BANG 13.7. That experience opened my eyes to a captivating new world: board game design.
Since then, I haven’t stopped. Every idea that sparks in my mind is an opportunity to explore, refine, and bring something new to the table. The process of designing and developing board games has become one of my greatest passions.
I’m a frequent attendee at gaming festivals, both local and international. You’ll often find me at events like Dau Barcelona and Granollers, as well as Essen Spiel and the Festival des Jeux in Cannes. If you’re attending any of these, I’d love to connect—don’t hesitate to reach out!
